Born and Raised in Tofino B.C., Megan has grown up in the West Coast Sports Fishing industry. With years of experience fishing the waters of Clayoquot Sound, as well as warmer areas like Mexico, Costa Rica and Venezuala, Megan can hold her own with any large Chinook Salmon or Halibut. This practical experience and love of fishing helps Megan explain the great opportunities available to guests in her role as office Manager for Clayoquot Ventures.
Megan works very closely with the Clayoquot Ventures Guide Team to stay tuned in on where the action is, and what gear is working best. By doing so, she is able to assist anglers with choosing the right gear from our Fly & Tackle Shop, and arranging the most suitable charter fishing plans to help create a memorable experience.
With an equestrian background, Megan has also kept busy as a Paramedic, Volunteer Fire Chief and Crab Fisherman.
