| Blake
first started fishing the interior waters of British Columbia
at age 5. By age 10, he had started fly-fishing, a new interest
that would later take him to distant places--from the Bulkley
River Valley and the Lakes District of the Okanagan in BC to the
Rio Grande in Chile's southern Patagonia. Since that time, Blake
has been fortunate to guide off the coast of Campbell River including
many remote mainland rivers, accessed by only a handful of visitors
every year. With fly-fishing experience in fresh and saltwater
environments, as well as traditional salmon trolling, Blake has
a great variety of fishing expertise. Whether its fly fishing
instruction or advanced fishing techniques, Blake has exceptional
enthusiasm to teach those willing to learn. Blake has recently
graduated from the University of Victoria with a degree in Geography,
but for now, Blake has decided that he would rather view the coastal
mountains from a distance, while showing his guests a great fishing
excursion on the waters of Clayoquot Sound.
