Clayoquot Ventures is proud to offer another new fishing product to our guests for the 2010 season.
With the outstanding returns of Coho Salmon over the past few seasons, and the growth of Saltwater Fly fishing on the B.C. coast, we felt that combining fly casting lessons and guided fly fishing in a relaxed format would be appealing to the many anglers eager to learn about this great option to fish the scenic and protected waters of world famous Clayoquot Sound.
Outlined on our Saltwater Fly fishing page , Tofino's pristine inshore waters are a prime location to test your new skills learned that same morning from Clayoquot Ventures Fly master Flo Besson who is a certified Fly Casting instructor and very avid Fly fishing guide.
Your day will start by meeting Flo at one of Tofino's predetermined local beaches, and learn basic to advanced Fly Casting techniques, based on your personal experience and interest level. This private lesson will last approximately three hours.
After a break for your lunch, you will again join Flo onboard our inshore Fly Fishing vessel "Silver Hilton" for an interactive and enjoyable Saltwater Fly fishing charter for 4 hours. The duration of this trip can be extended by the hour based on our rates outlined on the Saltwater Fly fishing page.
We welcome your questions and inquiries to enjoy this unique combo of Fly Casting lessons and Saltwater Fly fishing in the same day, during our peak months of July August and September.
